It took me a while to figure out my Marine Conservation Career Path. 18 years to be exact. I experimented quite a bit with jobs in different sectors, but I never really found the job that equalled my passion for Marine Conservation. Full disclosure, my path was restricted to being a Marine Biologist living in Ontario, which required me to be creative. That creativity spawned this very podcast and fulfilled my passion and path for my Marine Conservation Career. There are many of you in the audience who are following in my footsteps. You are not looking to follow your career path in Marine Conservation because all you are doing is searching for ANYTHING in Marine Conservation. It's the same way I started my career. It's time we change that. I talk about setting your career path to ensure that you know exactly which jobs you need to fulfill your passion.
