I had a thought about science communication the other day. I noticed that it's always the same people that speak up for conservation. The people who speak up are great, but it's always the same people. I feel as though we need new people to start speaking out. Great Thunberg is relatively new to the game and she has done a great job in speaking up for doing something about Climate Change. In January 2020, I will focus more on helping people to Speak Up For The Ocean Blue. This includes teaching an online course for Duke University on podcasting for environmental science. If you or the organization you are working for are interested, then sign up here: http://www.speakupforblue.com/duke. Are you ready to Speak Up For The Ocean Blue?
